RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF ALTRON SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the circular to shareholders dated 17 April 2009
incorporating a notice of general meeting, to consider and, if deemed fit, pass
the resolutions necessary to, among others, adopt amended articles of
association and to adopt a new Altron 2009 Share Plan.
Altron shareholders are advised that at the general meeting which was held
today, 11 May 2009, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite number of
votes. The special resolution will be registered with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
