RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 6 April 2009, shareholders
are advised that Wescoal is still involved in negotiations, which if
successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price at which Wescoal`s
securities trade on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are accordingly advised
to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company`s securities until
a full announcement is made.
