POTENTIAL CONDITIONAL PARTIAL OFFER AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 3 March 2009, 30 March 2009
and 5 May 2009, and more specifically to the condition precedent relating to the
cash deposit by Iandra Industries Limited ("Iandra") into a controlled foreign
currency account, and are advised that the last date on which this condition
precedent is to be fulfilled has been extended to 15 May 2009 based on certain
assurances made by Iandra. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a further
announcement is made.
