CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that:
Mr Brian Noel Birkholtz has resigned as an executive director with effect from
11 May 2009. The board of TCS thanks Brian for his contribution and wishes him
well in his future endeavours; and
Advocate Elaine Page has been appointed as an executive director with effect
from 11 May 2009. Elaine completed a B.Com Law degree in 1985 and obtained her
LLB in 1996 from the University of the Western Cape. In 1996, she was admitted
as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of South Africa. Elaine has held senior
positions in the Western Cape Provincial Government, including Chief Director
in the Office of the Premier and was also Director of Legal Services of the
City of Cape Town. She is currently heading up the Joint Venture Operations of
TCS.
