DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BARLOWORLD LTD (BAW)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 40
cents per BAWNIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 8 June 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 29 May 2009. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 1 June 2009 and the record date
will be Friday, 5 June 2009.
