CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Mvela Resources
wishes to advise of changes to its Board of directors.
Mr Tokyo Sexwale has been appointed to the Cabinet of the Government of
President Zuma as Minister of Human Settlement and has therefore resigned with
immediate effect as a director of the Company. The Board with regret accepted
his resignation and extends their sincere appreciation for his services rendered
during his tenure.
The Company is pleased to announce that Ms Yolanda Cuba has been appointed to
the Board with immediate effect.
