RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders held on 13 May 2009, the requisite
majority of shareholders approved the ordinary and special resolutions as
contained in the notice convening the annual general meeting, relating to, inter
alia:
- the placement of the ordinary shares under the control of the directors in
terms of sections 221 and 222 of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973),
as amended;
- providing the directors with a general authority to issue shares for cash;
- providing the directors with a general authority to repurchase the
company`s shares.
The special resolution will be submitted to CIPRO for registration as soon as
possible.
