CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
African Brick shareholders are advised that negotiations are in progress whereby
Yakani Infraco (Proprietary) Limited, which has a 51% shareholding in the
Company, could reverse its building material interests into African Brick, to be
settled by the issue of new shares in the Company, as consideration. These
negotiations, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
Company`s share price.
African Brick shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution in
dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
