CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
shareholders are advised that Mr Beno van Graan has resigned as an Executive
Director from the company with effect from Tuesday 12 May 2009.
The Board thanked him for his contribution and wished him well in his future
endeavors.
