Annual and extraordinary general meeting and conference call
The company wishes to advise that the annual and extraordinary general meeting
of shareholders ("the Meeting") will be held on Monday, 15 June 2009 at 14:00
(Vancouver time) at the Metropolitan Hotel, Pacific Room, 645 Howe Street,
Vancouver, British Columbia. Shareholders will be voting on annual general
meeting matters as well as on the acquisition by the company of a 51% interest
in the Lebowa Platinum Mine from Anglo Platinum Limited and associated matters
("the transaction").
The company will be holding a conference call on Tuesday, May 19 2009 at 17h00
South African time (09h00 Eastern time) to discuss the transaction.
