APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The board of directors of York is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Duncan Erskine as the new Chief Financial Officer and executive director of York
with effect from Thursday, 14 May 2009.
Duncan is a CA(SA) and studied at the University of Natal, after which he
completed his articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Duncan has a wealth of
knowledge in solid wood processing and the forestry industry.
