RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER AND SPECIFIC SHARE REPURCHASE
Discovery shareholders are hereby advised of the outcome of the odd-lot offer
and the specific share repurchase, both of which closed on Friday, 15 May 2009.
The results of the odd-lot offer are as follows:
