With reference to the Nedbank SENS announcement released on 8 May 2009, the
Nedbank TKG share instalments strike prices will be amended in the following
manner:

(Telkom VWAP - 1900 cents(special div))/(Vodacom VWAP closing + Telkom VWAP
closing - 1900 cps(special dividend)) X 5305 (Old strike price)

=(38.38/99.02)*53.05
=20.56 (New strike)
