Investec Enhanced Dividend Securities (HOT EDS)
As a result of the Telkom Limited corporate action, TKGIHE is adjusted
accordingly to leave warrant holders in an equivalent economic position as prior
to the unbundling. Please be advised the following positions are final and the
actual adjustment using actual closing prices of the unbundling shares as at
Monday, 18 May 2009.
E.g.
TKG close (18 May 2009) = 60.00
VOD close (18 May 2009) = 58.80
TKG Theoretical close (18 May 2009) = 60.00 + 58.80 = 118.80
The strike price and barrier level will be adjusted as follows:-
