RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Ideco shareholders are advised that all of the resolutions tabled at the annual
general meeting held on Friday, 15 May 2009 were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies for registration as soon as is reasonably possible.
