INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the Condensed Audited Results that was released
on Sens on 19 May 2009. The following additional information is herewith
provided:
BASIS OF PREPARATION
The audited condensed consolidated annual financial statements have been
prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
("IFRS") and the South African Companies Act. The accounting policies applied
in preparing these audited condensed consolidated annual financial statements
are consistent with those applied in the audited annual financial statements
at the company`s previous year-end.
AUDIT OPINION
The condensed consolidated annual financial results have been audited by
Sanyati`s auditors, PKF Durban. Their unqualified audit report is available
for inspection at the company`s registered office. The condensed financial
statements released on Sens on 19 May 2009, have been derived from the group
financial statements and are consistent in all material respects.
