Investec Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities (HOT EDS)
As a result of the Telkom SA Limited corporate action, TKGIHE will be adjusted
accordingly to leave warrant holders in an equivalent economic position as prior
to the special dividend. Please be advised the following positions are
indicative and an actual adjustment will be communicated using actual closing
prices on Friday, 22 May 2009. A final announcement will be released at that
time.
E.g.
TKG close LDT (22 May 2009): 60.00
TKG special dividend (Ex 25 May 2009): 19.00
TKG Theoretical close EX (25 May 2009) = 60.00-19.00 = 41.00 (Assuming no market
movement.)
