WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE POTENTIAL CONDITIONAL
PARTIAL OFFER BY IANDRA INDUSTRIES LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 3 March 2009, 30 March
2009, 5 May 2009 and 12 May 2009 and more specifically to the condition
precedent relating to the cash deposit by Iandra Industries Limited ("Iandra")
into a controlled foreign currency account by not later than 15 May 2009.
The Sale of Shares and Subscription Agreement ("Agreement"), certain details of
which were provided in the announcement dated 3 March 2009, has lapsed as the
relevant cash deposit has not been effected by Iandra within the time specified
in an Addendum to the Agreement. PSV will endeavour to obtain payment of the
"break fee" provided for in the Agreement.
