Results of General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Super Group General Meeting held on
Thursday 21 May 2009, the requisite majority of shareholders passed all the
ordinary resolutions and the special resolution, as set out in the circular to
shareholders dated 24 April 2009.
The special resolution will now be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
