Shareholders are advised that at the extraordinary general meeting held on 22
May 2009, the special resolution to approve the proposed change of name from
Pallinghurst Resources (Guernsey) Limited to Pallinghurst Resources Limited, as
set out in the notice and proposed at the meeting, was passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The special resolution has accordingly been lodged with the Guernsey Registry
for registration.
RATIONALE FOR THE NAME CHANGE
The name Pallinghurst Resources Limited is likely to appeal to a wider group of
investors who have no association with Guernsey, particularly as the primary
listing is now on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
