RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 23 February 2009 and the renewal of
cautionary announcement dated 6 April 2009, shareholders are advised that
negotiations are still in progress with Savana Trust to acquire 25% of the
issued share capital of Savana Property (Proprietary) Limited, which is
developing the Sandton Eye, a new mixed used development currently under
construction in Sandton which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
