CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Lindikhaya Sipoyo, who was the acting chairman of the board, has been
appointed as chairman of the board with effect from 25 May 2009.
Shareholders are also advised that Ms Vuyo Zitumane has been appointed as
chairman of the Audit Committee, replacing Mr Lindikhaya Sipoyo who was the
chairman of the Audit Committee, with effect from 25 May 2009.
