Zeder shareholders are advised that the company`s 2009 annual report,
containing the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2009, is being dispatched to shareholders today, and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on Monday,
6 April 2009. The annual report will be available on the Zeder website at
www.zeder.co.za.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM"), forming part of the
company`s annual report, is being posted to shareholders today. Notice is
herby given that the AGM will be held at Webersburg Wine Estate, Annandale
Road, Stellenbosch on Friday, 19 June 2009 at 11h30 to transact the business
as set out in the notice of the AGM.
