Shareholders are hereby advised that PricewaterhouseCoopers Forensics Services
have been appointed to investigate an irregular transaction in the bank account
of TCS, amounting to approximately R4 million which is unaccounted for. Once the
forensic report is finalised, the findings will be made available to the board
of directors and to all shareholders.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made
