APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, RMBH advises the
following change to the executive responsibilities of a director:
Mr Peter Cooper, currently the Chief Operating Officer of the company, is with
immediate effect appointed as Financial Director. Mr Cooper will hold both the
office of Chief Operating Officer and Financial Director.
