Update to shareholders - Potential disposal of Super Group Retail Businesses and
further cautionary in respect of the rights issue
Shareholders are advised that Super Group is in discussions with interested
parties relating to the potential disposal of its retail division, specifically
the AutoZone and Mica businesses.
Super Group will publish a circular to shareholders providing detailed
information on the rights issue in due course. This circular will include
information on the Group`s refocused strategy and the plans to build on the new
financial foundation.
Shareholders are advised to await the circular, which will provide details of
the restructuring. Super Group will keep shareholders informed of any further
developments.
Shareholders are reminded that Super Group is still in ongoing discussions to
restructure its debt and finalise the terms of the proposed rights issue.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in Super Group`s securities.
