KEATON ENERGY BOARD APPOINTMENT
Keaton Energy shareholders are advised that Ms Amanda (Mandi) Bernadette Glad
has accepted an appointment as an executive director of the company.
Ms Glad, a founding member of Keaton Energy, was instrumental in securing the
company`s original suite of prospecting rights and will continue being
responsible for business development and coal marketing.
Keaton Energy Chairman Dr David Salter said: "We are very pleased to welcome
Mandi to the board of Keaton Energy. Mandi has been at the entrepreneurial
heart of the company since its inception and we look forward to her contribution
to the board."
