Shareholders are notified that at the Mercantile`s annual general meeting held
on 28 May 2009 all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed
thereat were duly passed.
The special resolution relating to the amendment of the group`s articles of
association will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
