PSG Group and PSG Financial Services shareholders are hereby advised that PSG
Group`s 2009 annual report, containing the audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 28 February 2009, is being dispatched to shareholders
today, and contains no modifications to the reviewed results which were
announced on SENS on 20 April 2009 other than those to the 2009 income
statement and the 2009 and 2008 balance sheets detailed below.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meetings of PSG Financial
Services and PSG Group will be held at the Webersburg Wine Estate, Annandale
Road, Stellenbosch on Friday, 19 June 2009 at 08h30 and 12h00 respectively to
transact the business as set out in the notices of the Annual General Meetings
contained in the annual report.
