Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held on Friday, 29 May 2009
all the resolutions set out in the circular to shareholders dated, Monday, 4 May
2009, and proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
