TRADING STATEMENT
Nictus` shareholders are advised that the group`s headline earnings per share
for the year ended 31 March 2009 is expected to be between 35% and 55% higher
than the previous year. Diluted earnings per share for the year is expected to
be between 40% and 60% higher than the previous year.
It is expected Nictus` results for the year ended 31 March 2009 will be released
around Friday, 26 June 2009, on SENS.
