Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
Nampak wishes to announce that the chief financial officer, Mr Tim Jacobs, has
resigned to take up a position with a financial services company, Transaction
Capital. A process to select a replacement for Tim has begun and a further
announcement will be made in due course regarding the date of his departure.
The Board wishes to thank Tim for his valued services and wishes him well in his
new position.
