Shareholders are advised that the company`s audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2009, reflected in the annual report
posted on 30 May 2009 are unchanged from the audited results released on SENS
on 20 May 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Mazor will be held
at 10:00 on Tuesday, 23 June 2009 at the offices of Mazars Moores Rowland, 27th
Floor, 1 Thibault Square, Cape Town 8001. The notice of annual general meeting
is issued with the annual report, which contains the annual financial statements
of Mazor for the year ended 28 February 2009.
