NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2008 were posted to shareholders on 29 May 2009 and
contained no modifications to the audited results which were published on 10
March 2009. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual
financial statements of South Ocean and their reports are available for
inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The notice of the annual general meeting was posted to shareholders along with
the annual financial statements, and notice is hereby given that the annual
general meeting of the company will be held in the boardroom, 12 Botha Street,
Alrode, at 11:00am on 22 June 2009, to transact business as stated in the notice
of the annual general meeting.
