WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are referred to the Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited ("Adcock")
announcement released earlier today regarding Adcock`s withdrawal of the firm
intention to make an offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company,
subject to the fulfilment of extensive suspensive conditions ("the Potential
Offer"). Accordingly, shareholders are advised it is no longer necessary to
exercise caution in dealing in their Cipla Medpro shares.
Further, shareholders are advised that Cipla Medpro will respond to Adcock`s
announcement and the allegations contained therein in full, in due course.
