CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors are pleased to announce that Ms Nirvana
Govender has been appointed as Financial Director to William Tell with effect
from 1 June 2009.
Nirvana holds a BCom (Hons) Acc degree and is writing her final board exam in
November 2009 to obtain a CA(SA) qualification, having completed her articles
with Deloitte and Touche in December 2007.
Nirvana has been with William Tell since the beginning of 2008, during which
time she has had management exposure in both financial and operational
capacities, which has given her the ideal platform to assume responsibility as
Financial Director.
