CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Workforce announces the following changes to the Board, effective 1 June 2009:
* Mr. Lawrence Henry Diamond has been appointed as an executive director to
the Board and will fulfil the role of Chief Executive Officer of the
company. Mr. Ronald Stanley Katz who previously fulfilled this role will
remain the Executive Chairman of the board.
* Mr. John Russel Macey has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director to the Board and has also been appointed as Chairman of the Audit
Committee.
