DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AIP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ADCOCK
INGRAM HOLDINGS LIMITED (AIP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 70 cents per AIPNIA share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 29 June 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 19 June 2009. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 22 June 2009 and the record date
will be Friday, 26 June 2009.
