DISPATCH OF IQUAD ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing the audited annual
financial statements of IQuad for the year ended 28 February 2009 ("IQuad 2009
annual report"), is being dispatched to shareholders today and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on 16 April
2009. The annual report will be available online on IQuad`s website
(www.iquad.co.za).
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are further advised that the annual general meeting of IQuad will
be held at 15:00 on Thursday, 25 June 2009 at 56 Mangold Street, Newton Park,
Port Elizabeth to transact the business set out in the notice of the annual
general meeting contained in the IQuad 2009 annual report.
