RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders of Northam are advised that Mr. P. C. Pienaar has resigned as a
director of the company with effect from 4 June 2009.
Mr. Pienaar was appointed a director of the company on the 10th September 2007,
having previously served as an alternate director since 2005.
The company appreciates the positive role played by Mr. Pienaar during his
tenure on the board and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
