Withdrawal of cautionary
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 14 May 2009 which set out
details of, inter alia, the revised terms of the acquisition by Anooraq of an
effective 51% interest in Lebowa Platinum Mine from Anglo Platinum Limited and
are advised that, having regard to the disclosures made in this announcement, it
has not been necessary for shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in
Anooraq common shares subsequent to such date.
