TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, issuers are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied, with a
reasonable degree of certainty, that the financial results for the period
reported on will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding
period.
Earnings and headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 March 2009 are
expected to be between 35% and 50% higher compared to the previous corresponding
reporting period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Amecor`s auditors and the reviewed results for the
period ended 31 March 2009 are expected to be published on or about 11 June
2009.
