Requirements
Shareholders are advised that the company`s unaudited interim results for the
six months ended 28 February 2009, which were published on 21 May 2009,
contained, in the "Director`s report" section thereof, a profit forecast as
defined in the Listings Requirements of the JSE as follows:
"It is not possible to predict the future net asset value with great certainty
but if economic conditions do not deteriorate it is possible that the published
net asset value will represent a low point in the current cycle."
Shareholders are advised that this forecast financial information has not been
reviewed and reported on by Trematon`s auditors.
