Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above KIOIRP, Barrier Put Warrants
(REVS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of R205.00
in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Monday, 1 June 2009 the
abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of REVS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R246.00 over
the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the
Underlying Share for the two Business Days following the Termination Date. This
amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP 2 June 2009= 20378.6 cents
The VWAP on 3 June 2009 = 18957.6 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 19668.1cents
Rebate payment of 4931.9 cents
Holders will receive R49.319 for every warrant held
