COMMENTARY IN THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
StratCorp released its audited condensed consolidated financial statements for
the year ended 28 February 2009 on SENS on 22 May 2009 ("the financials"). The
financials contained the following sentence:
"Management however believe that the initiatives that it has implemented and are
currently implementing may result in an operational profit for the 2010
financial year".
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, this statement
constitutes a profit forecast and the company accordingly advises that the
statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
