RESIGNATION OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: MR P C PIENAAR
Shareholders are referred to the Mvelaphanda Resources Limited ("Mvela
Resources") announcement released on SENS today, 4 June 2009, which noted the
resignation of Mr Pine Pienaar as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of
Mvela Resources. Mr Pienaar has also resigned as a non-executive director of
Trans Hex, in which Mvela Resources has a 20,3% shareholding.
Shareholders are accordingly advised in terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listing Requirements, that Mr Pienaar has resigned as a non-executive director
of Trans Hex, with immediate effect.
