Results of annual general meeting and change to the board of directors
The company is pleased to announce that, at the annual general meeting held
yesterday, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities of votes.
It was with regret that Mr Tshepo Kgage tendered his resignation as non-
executive chairman of the company, effective immediately, at the board meeting
which followed the annual general meeting, as a result of numerous other
business commitments. The board extends its best wishes to Mr Kgage and thanks
him for his invaluable contribution to the company and the board over the past
years.
