CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of AdaptIT hereby notifies its shareholders that
executive directors, Mr Bruno Lionnet and Ms Cindy von Pannier, have resigned
from the board of AdaptIT with effect from 3 June 2009.
As a result of governance requirements, the company is restructuring its
operations to consolidate its operating subsidiaries, which is aimed at bringing
the company in line with public company best practice. As part of this corporate
governance initiative, Mr Bruno Lionnet will be appointed to the board of
InfoWave (Proprietary) Limited ("InfoWave"), the main operating subsidiary of
the company, which markets its software solutions in the manufacturing and
public sectors. Ms Cindy von Pannier is currently a director of InfoWave.
