RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 20 April 2009, shareholders are
advised that negotiations between RACEC and Solethu Investments (Proprietary)
Limited, a black owned investment company, are still in progress, which if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of RACEC`s
securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in RACEC`s securities until a further announcement is made.
