CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
With the release of the group`s interim results on the 8th of May 2009 it was
noted that the group is continuously exploring ways to improve the stability and
quality of the financial results. Significant progress has been made with this
process and details of it will be released in due course.
These restructuring initiatives, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the Company`s share price. Indequity Group Limited shareholders are
accordingly advised to exercise caution in dealing in their shares until a
further announcement is made.
